Welcome to the blog folks!  Since this past weekend’s fishing excursion turned out to be a wash, why not start this off with some older pics.

The first fish here is my largest wild brownie to date.  Took took a #22 blue-winged olive dry on Valley Creek on 3/27.  The fly was my variation of the Better-Winged Olive pattern I came across during my winter tying fix.

The following week during the trout season opener,  I caught my biggest trout to date above where cedar creek meets the little lehigh.  It was a typical opening-day stockie, but still a cool fish to catch on a fly.

Fish pics aside,  here’s my batch of sulphur para-duns for my first-ever fly swap on paflyfish.

Finally…a zoo cougar.
